Description:
    General Order Number 92/1934, Dated: 1st Dec, 1934.

G.O. 92/34 - REGULATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CLOTHING OF THE NON-PERMANENT ACTIVE MILITIA, 1926 AMENDMENTS (No. 26).

Regulations and Instructions for the Clothing of the Non-Permanent Active Militia, 1926, are amended as follows, effective 1st November, 1934.

1926 Edition and 1928 Reprint

Appendix IV as authorized by G.O. No. 76 of 1930-

Under "Signallers Badges" cancel detail and substitute:-

"Crossed flags will be worn on the left forearm of the jacket by signalers of all arms (with the exception of personnel of the Canadian Crops of Signals), who qualify at the annual technical inspection and classification of signalers of their unit as 1st or 2nd class signallers." N.C.O's in possession of an assistant instructor's certificate for signaling will wear the badge on both arms of the jacket with the lower edge 3/4 inch above the point of the "V" of the chevron."

After detail of "Royal Schools, Qualifications Badge (R.S. and Wreath)" insert:

"Badges for Other Rank Personnel of the Canadian Corps of Signals who Qualify in Wireless and Line Telegraphy

Wireless telegraphy badges will be worn by those who qualify first class in wireless telegraphy at the annual technical inspection and classification of the unit in accordance with the instructions contained in Militia Orders.

Line telegraphy badges will be worn by those who qualify first class in line telegraphy at the annual technical inspection and classification of the unit in accordance with the instructions contained in Militia Orders.

These badges will be worn on the left forearm of the jacket only. In the case of W.O.'s, and personnel wearing good conduct badges, the badge will be worn above the rank of good conduct badge, and will be valid for one year only; personnel failing to attend and qualify at the subsequent Annual Technical Inspection and Classification will not be permitted to continue wearing them."

Under "Order in which the following badges will be worn."

After "1. R.S. and Wreath" insert "2. W.T. or L.T."

Present numbers "2, 3, 4 and 5" re-number "3,4,5 and 6."
