This Canadian Military Pattern (CMP) vehicle is a 3-ton (60 c.w.t) vehicle manufactured by General Motors and assigned the vehicle code C60S-SLC. It was used by RC Sigs Construction Sections to erect communication cables (laid in advance) on poles. Vehicle equipment included racks for poles and ladders, a winch powered cable reel, a chain hoist and various digging tools.
