Radio Teletype vehicle 56 Signal Squadron (1)

Caption: Members of 56 Canadian Signal Squadron, RC Sigs set up their Radio Teletype transmitting and receiving station for mobile field operation in the Sinai Desert adjacent the Gaza Strip. The Sqn is responsible for communications with the United Nations Emergency Force and here an AN/GRC 26A and PE 95 generator is being set up for static operating with a dipole receiving antennae transmitting in on whip.
