Canadian Forces Communication Command (CFCC) - Change of Command Parade July 1990.
The parade was held at CFB Uplands with officers falling in at 14:00 hrs when the sun was beating down on everyone. CFS Carp was tasked to provide the parade commander as well as the Colour Party. BGen Don Banks took over command with General John de Chastelain, CDS as the reviewing officer. Major Dennis Harris, CO CFS Carp was the parade commander.
