Dieppe raid scout car Hunter

Diamler Scout Car HUNTER on the beach following the Dieppe Raid 19 August 1942. HUNTER was driven by Trooper Michael F. Zima and commanded by Major Gordon Rolfe. Towed off Tank Landing Craft 7 (TLC 7) by the Churchill tank BLOODY, it was driven into the shale when the tank reversed. The tow rope is visible attached to the front left of the scout car.
