A plaque for National Command and Control Information Systems Troop on Operation Speaker. Operation Speaker was the Canadian Contribution to the United Nations Peace Forces (UNPF) in the Balkans region following the end of the UNPROFOR mandate. This example was presented to LCol Bill Blondon in 1995.
