Caption: R.M.C. Graduation Brings Three New officers to RC Signals
The three Signals cadets among the fist post-war graduating class at Royal Military College are, left-to-right: 2951 Cadet R.M. Withers, 2939 Cadet B.F. Simons and 2840 Cadet D.W. Strong. All three are bound for Korea with the royal Canadian Corps of Signals. 31 May 1952.
