Slip-on RCSigs RCHA

Combat uniform slip-on with both the RCSigs and RCHA titles. These were worn 1977-80 after the 'rebadging' of RC Sigs at the end of 1977. Some units banned the RCSigs title all together however the CO allowed it in 1 RCHA if the RCHA title was worn as well.
