The Pinecrest Cemetery is a public cemetery located in Ottawa Canada.

History

The cemetery was established in 1924. Expanded in size 1956, it now consists of 60 acres (240,000 m2). A crematorium was built in 1962 making it the first such facility in Eastern Ontario.[1]

Location

The cemetery is located in Ottawa at the corner of Baseline and Greenbank Roads with access access on the south side of Baseline Road, east of Greenbank Road. Graves are open access however the mausoleum has a door code that can be acquired from reception in the main building.
