4 Signal Squadron on exercise (1)

Caption: Canadian Signalmen in Europe .... The life blood of a modern army is the passage of essential information by means of wireless telephone and teleprinter. Signalman Joseph Taylor receives a message through the mobile teleprinter equipment. Personnel of the 4 Signal Squadron, part of Canada's NATO Brigade in Germany, have been constantly practicing and improving their methods during recent training at Soltau in Northern Germany.
