Photo of the Change of Command Parade of 76 Communication Group from LCol John Dicker to LCol Jim Bender on 17 July 1986. The parade was held at CFS Carp with BGen John Leech as reviewing officer and comprised of personnel from all 76 Comm Gp units including Canadian Forces Station Carp, 764 Communication Squadron, 1 Line Troop and 763 (Ottawa) Communication Regiment. The Band of the Ceremonial Guard provided the music.
