Faces of our Fallen Project
As a follow on to the Graves of our Fallen Project, this goal of this project is to research and document the stories of those on the Signals Honour Roll. In support of the Netherlands 2021 trip and in concert with efforts underway in the Netherlands, the initial focus of the project is to capture the stories of those buried in Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery, Bergen-op-Zoom Canadian War Cemetery and the adjacent Bergen-op-Zoom War Cemetery and Holten Canadian War Cemetery. Doing research on a specific person is a perfect way to contribute and to get to know our fallen better.

CFCS/CFCC Command Lists Project
A project to capture all those who served in unit Command Teams (COs, RSMs / SSMs / SWOs as well as Honorary Colonels / Honorary Lieutenant-Colonels), including their names and the years in which they served. Please see the CFCS/CFCC Command Lists Project page for details and to find out how you can help!

Graves of our Fallen Project

Honours and Awards
One of the recent focuses of new content has been to capture the lists of recipients of various medals, honours and awards. Signals personnel have provided distinguished service and have been recognized for their contributions. See Honours and Awards to Signals Personnel to see what has been generated so far.

NWT and Y History Portal
A project to capture the history of the Northwest Territories and Yukon Radio System was undertaken by Michael Martin in 1999. Over the years he's done a fantastic job of building up www.nwtandy.rcsigs.ca and we all owe him a huge debt of gratitude. When Micheal was looking for someone to pass the torch to I offered to integrate his content with this, the main site and I am slowly tackling the daunting task. A NWT&Y portal has been created within this site to keep the material viewable in it's familiar format and as a collection. Please check it out and let me know what you think.

Great War 1914-1918 Era Portal
Communications really came of age in the Great War of 1914-18. The Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF), along with their Allies, made great advances during this period with the introduction of new equipment and ideas. This portal provides a point to start exploring this important era of Canadian Signals.
